We start with a discovery call to understand your context and goals. I then propose a scoped engagement - fixed deliverables and timeline, or a retainer-style arrangement depending on the work. Everything is transparent and agreed upfront.
Project-based work usually runs 4-12 weeks. Research ops build-outs and team coaching engagements can be 3-6 months. I'm also available for shorter, targeted workshops of 1-5 days.
Both. I'm based in Paris but travel for engagements when needed. I've worked with teams across Europe, the US, and Asia. Remote-first is my default, and it works very well for most services.
